The Philippines

Over 4,000 spinal screenings were performed in Cavite Province and Makati City, Philippines over a two year period of time in elementary schools, high schools and a university.

These screenings tested newly developed protocols designed to serve as Pre-Scoliosis screenings and as a model for public and private schools to follow.

Research

The next phaze is to attract participation from a reputable university to establish and formalize additional research programs to study the results of these spinal screening and scoliosis screening protocols. The intention is to validate the effectiveness of this simple screening protocol so it can become a standard in mass population screenings, especially in elemantary schools where scoliosis can best be identified before it advances into its more complex stages.

Chiropractic education will also incorporate community screenings and research projects.
