Payment Validity

1. The advance payment will be valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. If unused within this period, payment will be forfeited.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

1. The advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

One – time Rescheduling

1. A one-time rescheduling is allowed within the validity period.
2. Rescheduled appointments must be made within the initial 7-day validity period.
3. Rescheduling is acceptable if made at least two days before the appointment. This is free of charge.

Unused Payments

1. If the advance payment is not utilized within the 7-day validity period, it will be forfeited.
2. Unused payments cannot be carried forward, refunded, or transferred.
